Pick-Ups & Courier Details

Fragile Tracked Courier available New Zealand wide.
Each parcel is packed nice and snug to ensure safe travels through transit.
Couriered order are at buyers risk.
Please do check our Terms and Conditions page for further details in regards to Couriers.
Shipping costs are as followed
  • Small Order $2 up to $25    =    $5.00 Courier
  • Small Order Rural $2 up to  $25    =    $7.50 Courier
  • Medium Order $25 up to $80    =    $7.50 Courier
  • Medium Order Rural $25 up to $80    =    $10.00 Courier
  • Large Order $80 up to $150    =    $10.00 Courier
  • Large Order Rural $80 up to $150.00    =    $12.50 Courier
  • Extra Large Orders $150 up to $390    =    $12.50 Courier
  • Extra Large Orders Rural $150 up to $390    =    $15.50 Courier

Contactless Pick-Up is available and Located in Judea, Tauranga.

Your pick-up day will be chosen as the closest day to your requested Cookie Occasion Date. For example if your event is on a weekend your pick-up day will be on a Friday.

Once a Booking/Order has been made you will receive a confirmation email detailing your Cookie requests along with an allocated day and time slot for pick-up.

Our Pick-up days are every Tuesday and Friday ONLY.

Time slots are allocated between 8:30am and 6pm. If you have a particular time that works best for you, please let us know in the checkout instructions. Though we will always make sure our selected time works for you regardless :)
